The Ask:
As part of their signage for MinExpo 2024, Caterpillar required a loop of varying animations to be playing constantly on large overhead screens for the duration of the expo. These animations varied in style and depicted different Caterpillar offerings and services - from indicating machine efficiency, the benefits of operator training, to collages of satisfied Caterpillar customers. These signs were all-encompassing, and were all designed to fit Caterpillar's central stylistic theme for the expo.
I was responsible for building and animating a majority of these animations and compiling them into one large 13-minute loop, complete with transitions. Some animations for this loop were created by Liane Hunter and David Sextro, with photography and footage provided by Converse Marketing.
